How Richmond Mobile Mechanic is run, and who does the work
This site does not employ mechanics. Here is how the referral service works and who is responsible for what.
How we work
What happens behind the scenes.
Richmond Mobile Mechanic publishes guidance and receives enquiries by phone, form and email. We read each one and pass it to an independent mobile auto repair provider where one is available for the area and the type of job.
The provider contacts you, gives a quote and does the work. The provider is responsible for their workmanship, their prices and their dealings with you. Ask them about their certification and insurance before you agree.
We do not take part in the repair or in payment. If something goes wrong, raise it with the provider first. You can also tell us, and we will take it into account before passing on future enquiries.

Tell us the vehicle, the problem and your neighbourhood. We'll try to connect you with an independent provider who can take a look.
